How long will it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within one business day. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched, which will also include a tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. Email or DM us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once you receive shipping confirmation, we cannot cancel your order. You must wait for the package to arrive then apply for a refund.

What if I receive the wrong product?

What if I receive a defective item?

While that rarely happens, should you receive a defective item contact us with pictures of the fault at info@happyot.co.uk with your order number.

Do I have to pay for shipping for returns?

Yes, you are responsible for the cost of the return and ensuring it reaches our premises. As such, we recommend you use tracked shipping.

Can I exchange?

The quickest way to exchange and get your desired product is to request a return. Once you return the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You can use this refund to repurchase your desired product.
